I have 2 scooters from IMGadgets each time I’ve head any issue they’ve been great but this time the customer service is amazing, a bolt on my scooter got bent thru my own negligence I could not find the part online I sent an email on a weekend and the very next working day they had gotten back to me and told me the part was available and sent me a link to pay and order it! Great customer service

I'm utterly disappointed with the abysmal customer service I received from this company. Not only did they fail to address my concerns about the non-return of my brand new electric scooter, but they also compounded the issue by providing me with a damaged replacement scooter. The lack of professionalism and responsibility demonstrated by this company is appalling. My trust has been completely shattered, and I strongly caution anyone considering their services. A brand new scooter turned into a nightmare, thanks to their incompetence.

Service started off disappointing as they mistakenly only sent one of the two adjustable dumbells I had ordered. I notified them and they immediately sent me another one which arrived in a timely fashion. The box arrived kind of damaged but the dumbell was fine. From my experience, this company definitely cares about it's customers and will help you if need be. Overall satisfied and would buy again from this vendor. 8/10

This company really went out of their way to make sure I was a happy customer. They gave me a great discount when I found a small error. Theyare great at getting back to you and making sure your satisfied. They went above and beyond to make I was a satisfied customer. When I upgrade my scooter I'll be getting another one from here. thanks for all your help guys.

So impressed with how these folks went out of their way to ensure we got the correct charger in a timely manner. After ordering the wrong one they quickly reached out/stopped shipment/rectified the order/and have the new one, the correct one coming as we speak! Exceptional communication! The most terrible customer service ever. I wish I could give 0 star. They are extremely good at making up policies and twisting it to extract money. I was asked to pay 25percent restocking fee and shipping charges which was around 470 dollars for returning an ebike. The box came broken, so I had to put extra tape on the box to fix it while returning and to pack everything in good condition. I got a message saying it was " unsaleable" and asked me to pay 25 percent of the purchase plus the shipping cost. Even after contacting them for weeks to get my refund., They never addressed my concerns. Like a parrot, just kept saying the same thing. Money minded people. Never go to buy anything from them, because if you end up wanting to return it, they make it the most tragic decision of your life. I am utterly devastated and speechless. Now I have to work extra to make that 470 dollars that was never a use for me. Then save again to buy a bike, that I wanted urgently for my job. Edit: And the reply from the company to this review is ridiculous and narcissistic. " Abused and unsaleable" are really big terms for something that was returned in perfect condition. Your skill to twist and turn my review needs great appreciation. Change of mind??? Yes definitely had a change of mind after experiencing how stone hard the seat was and the primary peddle assist being ridiculously higher in speed. It's a useless product for long and safe rides given the description and price. You talk as if you did me a favor by returning the money after deducting such a big amount for something that is your concern and mistake. If you think it's' unsaleable 'still, send it back to me free of charges. Thank you for your great support and help

I bought an Electric Scooter back in 2021 and it was amazing, I never thought I could afford myself one but with their prices it’s a decent deal. During the summer I bought a new battery to replace after the old battery caused some technical problems right after that it worked good as new. During this year decided to buy another electric scooter, from them again. Now I’m waiting for my new one to show up and I’m looking forward to ride it more during the fall & next year in 2024 that’s all I can say about ImGadgets I recommend this place if you’re looking to afford your first electric scooter they’re affordable. Best experience for me and I got no complaints about it.
